Genworth Financial came out with their annual cost of care survey for 2017. The good news is that Minnesota is currently ranks Number 24 in the annual cost of care. The average annual cost for a semi-private room in a nursing home now tops $98,000. The bad news is that Minnesota’s cost of care is growing at a 5 year average of 5%. That puts it in the top 7 states for the pace of growth.
